Health and wellness are the foundation of my practice. I use a comprehensive, holistic and personalized approach to enhance the lives of my patients through energy treatments, teaching, mentoring, modeling and reinforcing effective strategies to up-level your health. I provide energy and sound healing to help you feel better now and teach mindfulness, meditation, breath work and lifestyle strategies to continuously improve your wellness.

Frequency medicine/ Biofield Tuning treatments
Biofield Tuning is a form of sound therapy & frequency medicine which employs tuning forks to bring energetic imbalances into coherence. Tunings result in feelings of peace, calm, and serenity. The effects are cumulative over time, improving your health and vitality through improvement of your outlook and mood. Biofield Tuning is something which must be experienced to be fully understood. I recommend signing up for at least 3 sessions for maximum benefit.

Energy medicine
Energy Medicine is a method of working directly with the body’s energy systems to help promote health and wellness. It is both a complement to more traditional medical modalities, as well as a complete self-contained modality to enhance your wellness.

Lifestyle medicine
This addresses the daily choices we make in life which lead to dis-ease secondary to reversible lifestyle root causes. We use a variety of coaching and educational approaches which are designed around you and your needs.
